Dr. Sue Tobert is a Mayo-trained, board-certified pediatrician and pediatric cardiologist who has practiced in the midwest for nearly 30 years. She is also a Master Certified Physician Development Coach trained through the Physician Coaching Institute and an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Sue lead the development of her health system’s internal physician coaching program in 2018 which also offers wellbeing and resilience training for residents.
Sue speaks nationally on challenging topics such as buffering against healthcare worker burnout, suicide prevention, and work-life balance for physicians.
